By booking your stay, you agree to our house rules and help us keep Sonnegg a beautiful place for everyone.
Our House Rules
We like to keep things simple, respectful and relaxed. Treat the studio, the surroundings and our neighbours with a little love, and we’re good. 🤍
🌙 Keep it peaceful
We love the quiet here, and so do our neighbours.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
• No parties, celebrations or events
🚭 Smoking Fresh mountain air smells better anyway.
• No smoking anywhere inside the studio
• Smoking outside is fine, but please always use an ashtray
👋 Visitors
• Only registered guests may stay overnight
• Visitors are welcome only with prior approval
🐾 Pets
We love them, but unfortunately pets are not allowed.
🧹 Keep it lovely
You’re on holiday, so we’re not asking you to clean the place. 😉 Just leave it reasonably tidy.
• Please treat the studio and everything in it with care
• Please clean up any significant mess before leaving
• Leave used dishes clean
• Shoes belong on the designated rack outside the bathroom, especially during wet autumn and winter days
• Please hang wet towels on the hooks provided
🫣 Oops, something broke? Things happen.
If something gets damaged, just tell us as soon as possible. Honesty makes things easier for us and for the guests coming after you. 🤍
🌱 A little energy love
• Switch off the lights when you leave
• Please don’t leave windows open for extended periods while the heating is running
🚽 Toilet & Waste
• Please use the provided bins and follow the waste separation system
• Please don’t flush wet wipes, sanitary products, food or anything else that doesn’t belong in the toilet
⚡ Electric Vehicles
• There is currently no EV charging station at the property
• Please do not charge electric vehicles using the property’s electrical outlets
🔒 Safety first
• Lock doors and windows whenever you leave
• No candles or other open flames
• Please don’t bring your own scented candles or incense sticks
🌿 Outdoor Area
• Enjoy it, that’s what it’s there for.
• Please treat the outdoor furniture and the plants and with care (but don't water them 😉)
🪑 Furniture & Equipment
• Please don’t remove furniture, decorations or other items from the studio
• Indoor furniture and equipment should remain indoors
🚨 Safety Equipment
• Please never remove, cover, disable or tamper with smoke detectors or other safety equipment
• If you notice anything unusual or potentially unsafe, let us know immediately
🔑 The Key Please take good care of it.
If the key gets lost, the actual replacement costs will be charged.
📸 Commercial Use
Commercial photography, filming, events or other professional productions require prior approval
📶 Wi-Fi, Utilities & Amenities
• We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are available and working throughout your stay.
• Occasionally, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating or other services may be temporarily interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as provider outages, maintenance or technical issues.
• If something isn’t working as expected, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to help.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change. We get it.
• Free cancellation until 5 days before arrival
• 5 days or less before arrival: the full booking amount is non-refundable
• No-show: the full booking amount is non-refundable
• Late arrival or early departure: unused nights are non-refundable
A cancellation is considered received once it has been successfully submitted to or confirmed by M2 Retreats.
If we are unable to provide the accommodation due to exceptional circumstances and cannot offer a suitable alternative, payments made to us for the affected booking will be refunded.
Payment Methods
Simple & secure.
• Payment is processed securely through the payment method selected at checkout
• Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully authorised and you receive your booking confirmation
• The total price and applicable charges are shown before you complete the booking
• Available payment methods may include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna
• Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible
